Our organization CASA – Court Appointed Special Advocates – has been advocating for the best interests of children in court since 1977. As we continue to speak on behalf of children and support judges who make decisions in the courtroom, we also need help to champion our important work. We hope that you will eagerly support our mission this year by making a donation to MID Ozark CASA.

Your donation will help us in the following ways:

  • Support our CASA volunteers, made up of teachers, construction workers, doctors, child care workers, retired individuals and parents. These volunteers are trained to speak to the child and others involved in a case, review files and present facts to a judge.
  • Pay for costs such as maintaining an office to: support the volunteers; keep a database to report quarterly to the national organization; and keep necessary records for the court.

Additionally, any donation over $100 will receive a 50% Missouri tax credit*. Tax credits can be spread over a period of five years and are more valuable than a tax deduction. To find out how individual or corporate tax credits can be applied, visit our Champion for Children Tax Credit web page, www.mocasa.org/champion-for-children-tax-credit.

We ask that you support CASA and the work we do to advocate for children navigating the court system by making a financial donation. This year, our goal is to raise $30,000, and we hope that you help us make that happen. Your generosity will allow us to continue our important work.
